                                 Wedding Coordination

Many couples contribute so much planning and funds into the Big Day. However, most will probably agree that the day itself goes by too quickly. Your job on the day is to enjoy the celebration itself and maximising the time with the people you love most.

The ‘On the Day’ Coordination package allows you to do just that.
Our job on the day is to minimise the stress for both of you and your bridal parties. You don’t want to be running around on the day, ensuring vendors and services are exactly where you want them to be. Planning the entire wedding without a coordinator is already stressful enough, so the least you can do is hire someone who can handle the stress of the day.
Overview of the “On the Day” Coordination Package Inclusions:
·Contact person to all vendors a week prior to your wedding date
·Overseeing all vendors as per their duties on the day
·Set up of any items at your venues (e.g. lanterns, guest books, name cards, favours…)
·Oversee Ceremony, Reception and all general logistics of the day (including checking room layouts and timelines for all vendors)
·Ensure all key family members and bridal party are where they are meant to be
·Most Importantly – We will deal with anything and everything that “goes wrong” on the day to ensure that you have the day you deserve.

We are well aware that most venues do include a coordinator on the day. Although this may sound similar to an “On the Day” coordinator, beware: It is not exactly the same. It’s important that you identify exactly what your venue coordinator is able and willing to do.

If you feel that you need a little bit more support – I do offer a “Month of” Package where we begin our journey 4-6 weeks before the wedding date and on request Full Wedding coordination.
